A bit of weirdness surrounds the "birth" of that orange egg of mine. The father should be Light Peridot (one of my bred Earth dragons) but, as you will see when you view the egg, the father is actually Bono (one of my Water dragons) and I swear that it was Light Peridot I chose for MoonMagic to breed with and not Bono! o_O To further add to the weirdness, Light Peridot isn't showing as being an available male to breed with and if he didn't do the deed with MoonMagic I would think he'd still be listed as an available male.
Anyways, I'm running off now to do some stealth-clicking before dinnertime. |

Please please click and don't just look? For some reason my views are absolutely skyrocketing...and my clicks aren't going up at all! This is bad. This makes for sick dragons. Clicky, please?

(gosh I hope those blacks come up girls!)
And my Scroll, for those who like to look at grown up dragons and help them keep their names.
Clicked from here to my previous post -- even if I have not commented, I have clicked!, since commenting takes 2 to 3 times as much time as clicking. Thank you VERY MUCH for the clicks! |

| Shrimps and Crayfish |

I am really excited. A friend gave me 7 Green Shrimp a few weeks ago and I just discovered babies. Plus I ordered in 25 blue shrimp and they have babies. I am still searching for the food that keeps blue shrimp blue. They are both from the Neocaridina species which is the strain Cherry shrimp come from.
I have been watching them and learned that when they molt the male follows the female and fertilizes her eggs after a molt. Then she holds the eggs for about 3 weeks. And then releases the babies. They are little miniature fully formed shrimp which lacks colors. I don't know what color the blue ones will turn out to be, because I read that here are no true blue shrimp. I have them in their own tanks so the shrimplets do not become fish food.
I read about all the shrimp at http://www.petshrimp.com and the Marble Crayfish at: http://www.marbledcrayfish.com/
I purchased a Marbled Crayfish today. I am learning about their "cloning" way. I hope she likes all my pest snails! |

And I have clicked back to my previous post -- it just takes 2-3 times as much time to comment as it does to post, and the last time I posted, I ended up with 1034 tabs from SnapLinks, and I'm a day behind today, so I anticipate over 2000 clicks...and, please, I'm begging you, don't hold it against me that I'm not commenting 2000 times! |

Hi! I just got lured into the world of Dragon Cave, after watching (and helping) a friend's dragons hatch for the last few weeks. Here's my first brood:

I'm hoping they'll all survive, but I'm not really sure how to ensure that they do other than run around begging people to click. And joining here. :)
Edit: Wow, they got soft-shell from being viewed and clicked on so much! I will have to fog them for a bit and then let them back out when their shells harden again. :) |
